Returns and Refund Policy

You have 30 days to request a refund or exchange. If 30 days or more have passed since your product was purchased, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Any item not in its original condition, torn, worn, stained, or damaged in any way will not be eligible for return.  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 60 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been approved for a refund or exchange and haven’t received a refund, please contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at  Also provide us a screenshot of the product and a simple explanation of what's defective or wrong with the product you received. We will review the information your provide us and if we determine it was a manufacturer or product quality assurance issue, we will replace the item and send a replacement to you.

If the item you received was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, Then please review our returns and refund policy if applicable.  

Do not return any products to the JD4Ustore unless you have been asked by the JD4UStore to do so.  However, if you have received an approval to return items, via email from us (JD4UStore), then follow the instructions provided or you can review the Returns and Refund Policy. 

When JD4Ustore determines your product was defective in any way, we will replace it free of charge; to include shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary.

Failure to follow our Returns and Refund Policy could extend the time it takes to process your claim so please read it carefully and follow the instructions provided.  All claims must meet the criteria provided in this policy in order for them to be processed.
